Meet The Team

At the core of our dental practice is a friendly team of professionals that are dedicated to your utmost comfort and optimal oral health. We view each patient as a unique individual, and tailor each treatment to your specific needs. As part of our commitment to providing close, personalized attention to every patient, we want to encourage patient communication. Please know that we are here to provide outstanding patient care, and that we value the trust you have placed in us.


Ambrosia is Dr. Sauer’s wife and practice manager. She grew up on the south side of Indianapolis and attended Perry Township Schools before graduating from Center Grove High School.

She met Dr. Sauer while attending Indiana University in Bloomington. They have 4 boys and a crazy dog named Jax who keep them busy! In her free time, Ambrosia loves to read and listen to audiobooks while sewing and crafting!


Haley has worked at Sauer Dentistry since we opened in 2010. She started as a dental assistant and then moved up front as the Account Manager. She lives in Center Grove with her husband Josh and two kids, Greyson and Hensley. She loves going on vacations, especially to the beach, any chance she gets. She lives for time with family, puzzles and shopping. 

She has a major addiction to coffee and sweets so it’s a good thing she knows two great dentists!!


Kati is a Treadment Coordinator at our office. She was a Cosmetologist, but now loves being in the dental field and has been with Sauer Dentistry for almost 2 years.

She has one son, Kobi, who will be starting Kindergarten next school year. Outside of work, you’ll either find her with family, shopping around Target, or grabbing a drink from Starbucks.


Sydney has worked as a Treatment Coordination at Sauer Dentistry since 2017. She is happy to help with anything you need in the front office, from scheduling to pricing or explaining treatment plans.

When Sydney isn’t at work she loves spending time with her husband, Anthony, and their two kids, Ariana and Enzo. Sydney is a major homebody and loves a good show to binge on Netflix but also loves spending time outside with her kids and two little dogs.


Stephanie is our Patient Intake Coordinator. You may see her in the back from time to time, helping out with X-rays and assisting. Before coming to our office, she was an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant in the Indianapolis area for 10 years. 

Her many years of experience make her an asset to our team. She cares for our patients and helps to make sure they have a great experience from the first phone call to checkout and beyond.

Stephanie is originally from Wisconsin and is a die-hard Packers fan. Outside of work she enjoys reading, writing romance novels, and hiking with her family. She lives here on the Southside with her husband, two sons, and a temperamental cat named Talia.


Lana has been an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with Sauer Dentistry for 5 years.

She and her husband Travis live in Franklin with their son, Jason. Their two dogs Owen and Harvey keep them entertained. Lana enjoys books on audible and of course a good Netflix docu-series!


Julie graduated from IU South Bend in 2004, then she returned to Ivy Tech in 2017 to complete the course to obtain her local anesthesia permit. She started with Sauer Dentistry in June, 2020 and has found her perfect dental home.

Julie grew up on the southside of Indianapolis. In her spare time outside of work, Julie loves spending time with her daughter, family, and friends. She and her daughter love spending time in the outdoors, including watching sporting events, spending time at the park, but mostly enjoying time at the lake with their family.

Julie loves being a hygienist! She enjoys providing her patients with gentle cleanings and helping them to learn more about their oral health. She feels that it is very important for her patients to be comfortable at their appointments. She strives to make them feel  important and welcome in the office.


Jenny grew up in the Greenwood area and now has a son attending Center Grove High School. In her spare time,  she likes practicing yoga and learning about holistic approaches to health. She loves being outdoors, as well as cooking and listening to music.

Jenny obtained her degree from IUSD in Dental Hygiene in 2012, and joined the Sauer team in 2014. Hygienists are often thought of as simply cleaning teeth, but they are mostly evaluating the health of the mouth and identifying and treating disease processes of the oral cavity. Her favorite part in dentistry is helping others to improve both their oral and overall health. She really enjoys educating patients on anything from implant and bridge care, to nutrition and healthy habits. Her goal is to meet people where they are and help them have a positive experience with their dental care!


Megan received her Dental Hygiene and anesthetic license in 2011. She has  worked at Sauer Dentistry since 2012. 

She grew up in Middletown, IN but now lives in old town Greenwood. She spends her free time camping with her family. She loves to garden and be outside!

Megan has a cat named Rosie that is the fluffiest thing you will ever see! 

Megan has a true passion for helping patients feel comfortable in our office.   Her favorite moments as a hygienist are when a patient realizes they have come to the right place and have received the best care. Our hygienist are highly trained providers and work with our doctors on comprehensive treatment for you.


Candi has been an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with us for two years.  She grew up in Johnson County so she loves seeing all the familiar faces and the new ones too!

Candi is married and has three very active little boys that keep her busy outside of work.  She loves spending any free time with her family and friends.


Abby has been an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant at Sauer Dentistry since 2013. She lives in New Palestine with her husband Nick. They have three kids: Landon, Addison, and Alexis, and the cutest bulldog ever named Bubba! When Abby isn’t at work, you can find her at her kids’ sporting events year round, or hanging out with her family at home doing lots of Cricut craft projects. At work, you can find Abby constantly playing pranks on her coworkers. Lastly, Abby could win an award for “The Worst Cook in America"! 


Chaya grew up on the east side of Indianapolis and graduated from Warren Central High school. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville in 2017 with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene and a minor in Nutrition.

She currently lives on the south side of Indianapolis with her boyfriend, their daughter Peyton, and an Australian/German Shepherd named Bella.

In her free time, Chaya enjoys vacations, shopping at Target, pedicures, and Beyoncé! She loves movies, binge-watching shows, and spending time with her family.

Chaya’s favorite thing about being a hygienist is educating patients about their oral health and seeing their oral health progress in the right direction.
